How to Make an Appointment

New Patients

It is important that you notify your insurance company that you have a new physician before you come for your appointment. Their phone number should be on the back of your insurance card.
We should also have access to your previous medical records from your former physician. We will be glad to help you obtain these records.

Established Patients

Please call the office at 707.938.3870 to schedule your appointments as needed.

Urgent Care

Some insurance companies will require that your Primary care Physician authorize your visit to Urgent care before you go. Please contact our office if you need urgent care. It's important that you call even on evenings and weekends as we always have a physician on call to assist you.  We can be reached at 707.938.3870.
